Using the service

FreeAIVideo provides tools that generate short videos from prompts and uploaded images. Free access is subject to security checks, per-IP hourly limits, available capacity, and these terms. We may change, pause, or limit the service to protect users and maintain reliability.

Your inputs and outputs

You must have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis to use every prompt, image, name, likeness, logo, and other material you submit. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publishing or sharing them. Do not use the service to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, sexually exploitative, hateful, or privacy-violating content.

No guarantee of suitability

AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or visually inconsistent. FreeAIVideo does not guarantee that any output is unique, copyright-cleared, factually accurate, available at a particular resolution, or fit for commercial, legal, medical, financial, or other specific purposes. Obtain appropriate professional advice when needed.

Commercial and public use

You must independently determine whether your planned use is permitted by applicable law, third-party rights, platform rules, and any disclosure requirements. Do not represent generated media as real footage when that would mislead people. We may remove, restrict, or report misuse where required to protect users or comply with law.
